Back4Good

As part of the Back4Good Programme, I run Healthy Backs classes which are aimed at back pain prevention.  They are small group classes, which give a gentle, balanced workout, focussing on strengthening your core, improving the quality of your movements and keeping your spine flexible and strong.  I make the classes as enjoyable as exercise can be (!), you may well find that in time you even look forward to it....
